While our licensed providers deliver hands-on care, it's our
office staff who keep the heart of Jade and Serenity Spa beating behind the scenes. From scheduling and coordination to operational support and guest care, these team members ensure every part of your spa experience flows smoothly — before, during, and after your session.
Nam is the calm center of the storm — and the backbone of our operations. With a diverse background in healthcare, technology, and business, Nam supports all aspects of spa management while continuing his academic and professional journey in medicine.
Nam holds a:
- Bachelor’s in Science, Business Administration, and International Business
- Advanced education in
Healthcare Administration and
Business Law
- Master’s degree in
Science, Technology & Cybersecurity
- Certifications in
Phlebotomy,
Lab Technology, and
Laboratory Science
- Currently pursuing his Medical Doctorate (M.D.)
He wears many hats at Jade and Serenity Spa — assisting with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting tech, overseeing logistics, and keeping the behind-the-scenes work flowing so providers can focus on healing.
Fun Fact: Kerri, our founder, jokingly (and lovingly) claims she’s the only one who keeps his “sanity at a minimal.” Together, they balance energy, operations, and vision to keep the spa thriving.
